Jewelry Information
Please remember that all stones are natural and colors may slightly differ from photographs. Sizes are approximate in that each piece is handmade and varies accordingly.

Gift boxes are shipped with the jewelry at the request of the purchaser at the time of checkout.

Returns
All jewelry may be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods to the purchaser, to the studio address: 3515 Cedar Springs Rd., Suite 104, Dallas, TX 75219 for an exchange only. If dollar amount is less than the exchange requested, no credit will be ‘on hold’ with our studio; we advise you to use your credit entirely. Please be advised, the shipping fee on the initial order will not be credited as a part of the ‘exchange credit’ and a shipping fee for the second ‘exchange order’ will be applied. Please retain a copy of your original receipt that is shipped with your items to avoid confusion. All items are shipped via UPS for secure and safe handling, and in addition, to properly track your package. We will accept packages mailed by any carrier, but advise a ‘traceable’ method to avoid losing a package.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please call our studio at 214-774-4783 and leave a detailed message .

Damages
Should your package arrive damaged and the jewelry within is harmed, please call our studio within 24 hours of receiving the package to receive a FULL refund (including shipping charges) or exchange of items- at no cost. If a call is received post the 24 hour period, it will be considered a general return and the rules will therefore apply in that case (see ‘returns’ section). Please retain a copy of your original receipt that is shipped with your items to avoid confusion. All damaged packages must be sent via UPS.

Tax
There is no tax applied to all ‘out of state’ orders outside Texas.

Shipping
Packages should arrive within 2 weeks of purchase, or sooner, as all items are hand-made in our studio to order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you would like overnight or 2 day shipping, please call our studio to discuss before the order is placed. If this is for a gift and you need it in a more timely manner please call our studio (214.774.4783) so that we can help accommodate you! If you are shipping outside of the USA please call before placing your order. Shipping rates include packaging and insurance costs.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When you order from Amanda Sterett Design online, you can be assured that you and your information is safe and secure. Once you click on Check-Out, you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.

Your Security
We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email or address to anyone. Any information we collect is exclusively for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other Amanda Sterett Design news. We restrict access to your personal and business information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. Amanda Sterett Design maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We do not disclose information about former customers, except as required by law.

We occasionally send e-mail messages and newsletters to inform our customers of special offers, product information and other news such as promotions.
